Tom Huang is a Director at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and currently responsible for Fab 8 and Fab 9 Facilities Engineering and Operations.  He is currently leading a team of over 250 GF employees towards operational excellence in safety, reliability and cost efficiency.  Tom has 29 years of industry, fab and facilities experience and is passionate about energy reduction techniques.  He has a US Patent on energy recovery, BSME from University of Texas @ Austin and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
