Mr. Labban is the Bid Manager at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions where he designs solutions to treat complex wastewaters.  As a project manager with URS, he was responsible for the design and implementation of water treatment projects.   Mr. Labban has also acted as a laboratory director at a NELAC certified laboratory and an environmental compliance and wastewater treatment manager at a large electronics facility. Mr. Labban has over 35 years of experience, a Master in Chemical Engineering, an MBA and is a registered professional engineer.
