Lukas is a Staff Engineer for the Gas and Chemical Systems (GCS) team at Samsung Austin Semiconductor where he currently is a technical expert for process chemical and specialty gas delivery equipment with a focus on startup and commissioning of infrastructure at the Samsung fab in Taylor, TX. In his previous roles with Samsung in Austin, TX, Lukas was a chemical systems owner where he managed daily operations of process chemical delivery systems and a capital project engineer where he managed gas and chemical system improvements including fab capacity evaluations and expansions.  Prior to Samsung, Lukas was a Mechanical Design Engineering in the Nuclear Power industry with a focus on power plant design modifications and improvements. Lukas holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
