Dr. Erika Coyne is Group President, High Purity Division, Process Insights.  Her main responsibilities are focused on Tiger Optics’ Cavity-Ring Down Spectroscopy analyzers and Extrel’s Mass Spectrometers in High Purity Gas, Semiconductor, and Laboratory markets. With deep technical knowledge and management experience, Dr. Coyne has cross-functional expertise in R&D, Sales and Marketing and Operations, along with passion for continuous improvement.  During her tenure at Tiger Optics beginning in 2009, Dr. Coyne has held various leadership positions contributing to the company’s growth, including Manager of New Product Development, executing innovation with a focus on design for manufacturing; and Business Manager for the Gases & Chemical Division, spearheading widespread acceptance of Tiger’s laser-based analyzers in the Industrial Gas sector, by leveraging the premium brand and proven performance. She received a B.S. in Chemistry from University of Richmond, and Ph.D. from University of Pennsylvania in Physical Chemistry, focusing on gas analysis using laser spectroscopy
