Cordell is the President of Charter Mechanical – a mechanical, plumbing, and process piping contractor based in Portland, Oregon.  Cordell has been involved with the installation of semiconductor piping systems, including UPW systems, for over thirty years.  He is a graduate of Oregon State University with a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
