Charlotte Parks is a Senior Engineer on the UPW team at Samsung Austin Semiconductor. She has 8 years of semiconductor experience at SAS as a Dry Etch Process Engineer, Sustainability Engineer, and Facilities Engineer. Since joining the UPW team in 2015, Charlotte has focused on analytical instrumentation, system modeling and capacity studies, recovery and reclaim systems, sustaining operations, fab communication, and end user engagement and alignment.

Charlotte holds a B.S in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
