Carla Frege is the market manager for semiconductors at Tofwerk AG (Thun-Switzerland). She holds a PhD in atmospheric science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich (ETHZ). Her area of expertise is in the application of atmospheric science and analytical chemistry to semiconductors use-cases including airborne molecular contamination (AMC), ultra-high purity gas analysis (UHPG), surface and materials, particulates and process analysis.
