Bill Locke is the Service Center Manager for Ovivo USA in Vancouver, Washington.  His career began over 30 years ago with Apollo Water and Arrowhead Industrial Water in Los Angeles, CA.  He has held Management Positions  with US Filter, Integrated Device Technologies, Jireh Semiconductor, and Kurita Water Industries.  In addition he has held Ownership positions with Ultrapure Solutions and Welwater, LLC.
