Laura Ledenbach is the Global Technical Quality Manager for the Electronics Segment at PeroxyChem, a hydrogen peroxide manufacturer. Her primary function is the quality interface for all of their semiconductor customers, supporting customer satisfaction programs that drive the quality Voice Of the Customer. Laura has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and has the unique perspective of having been on both the customer side and the supplier side, mainly in the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) field. She began her career as a Field Applications Engineer for an OEM & slurry manufacturer, then became a process engineer at Freescale Semiconductor, finally landing in the quality arena. She is a firm believer in working smarter and more efficiently, which is the mantra of the SEMI Standards. Laura has participated in the Liquid Chemical SEMI Standards meetings for the last few years and has benefitted from the Standards for most of her semiconductor career. Laura served in the United States Navy where she was part of the Integrated Under Sea Surveillance (IUSS) group. She holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and is a Certified Green Belt.
