Charlotte Parks has been at Samsung Austin Semiconductor (SAS) since 2011, with experience as a Dry Etch Process Engineer, Sustainability Engineer, and Facilities Engineer. Since joining the UPW team in 2015, Charlotte has focused on system reclaim and makeup, with special emphasis in analytical instrumentation, system modeling, and customer engagement with end users.

Prior to Samsung, Charlotte attended The University of Texas at Austin and holds a BS in Chemical Engineering. This is her third Ultra Pure Micro presentation with SAS.
