Ultrapure Micro 2020: Postponed to November 9th-11th 2020

We have been carefully monitoring the implications of the COVID-19 outbreak over the past few weeks. Due to recent disruption and newly imposed travel restrictions, we have taken the decision to postpone Ultrapure Micro 2020 to November 9th-11th.

 

What will happen to my registration?

If you have already registered, your booking will automatically be transferred to the new dates for Ultrapure Micro 2020 on 9th-11th November 2020.

You do not need to take any further action, your registration is still confirmed and we will update you with logistical information about your attendance at the event in November closer to the time.

 

Travel arrangements and bookings

The UPM team are unable to assist with rescheduling existing travel arrangements with third parties. Our advice is to revert to booking agents and insurance companies who will have policies in place in response to the developments with COVID-19, according to official guidance.

 

I have already booked my room – how do I amend/transfer my hotel booking?

The Hyatt Lost Pines have made the decision to cancel any existing hotel bookings automatically, and the funds will automatically be reimbursed to you.

Important: You will need to rebook your room for the new event dates. You can do this by clicking here to rebook and receive the special delegate booking rate.
 

The event will begin on November 9th with the Learning Series. This is separately ticketed. Day 1 will take place on November 10th. Day 2 will take place on November 11th.

What if I am unable to attend now that the dates have changed? What is the refund policy?

As per our existing booking terms, you are able to cancel your registration up to 30 days before the start of the event – October 10th.

All refunds are subject to $125 administration fee per registration and no refunds will be given within 30 days prior to the start of the conference or event.

Substitution of registrants may be made at any time up to the start of the conference at no charge.
